Sleep + Eat - A collaboration between HBA and the Natural History Museum

Heirlooms were delighted to be a part of this fantastic collaboration between HBA, a multinational hospitality interior designer, and The Natural History Museum in London as they showcase their incredible skills to bring interior design to life at the Sleep + Eat Event in London.

We were honoured to supply the project with the bed linens, towels and bath linen accessories and enjoyed working with the team to design them, including a delicate dragonfly embroidery.

"We will be inviting guests to awaken their inner explorer and discover new meanings in the world that is around us. Our guestroom is designed for today’s explorers, a space for wandering minds and new insights. We all respond to nature emotionally, intellectually and physically and now, more than ever before, hotel guests are seeking experiences that rejuvenate, inform and remind them of natural wonders.” - Constantina Tsoutsikou, Creative Director, HBA London.

"HBA have awakened the curious explorer in us all in collaboration with the Natural History Museum. This allows guests to discover the unexpected in the most immediate of surroundings."

We hope there are many more exciting projects to work alongside HBA again.

    Monaco Yacht Show 2018

Heirlooms, the renowned British linen manufacturer are delighted to confirm their continued participation at this year's Monaco Yacht Show from 26th-29th September 2018.

This will be Heirlooms 18th consecutive year at the show reconfirming Heirloom's long term commitment and dedication to providing a unique and personalised service to their yacht clients. Each year the team aim to provide inspiration to designers and clients by presenting anticipated future design trends within their collection and last year's botanical inspired theme was yet again ahead of the trend.

While the Scandinavian influence on design has been an industry favourite for a few years now, Heirlooms are basing this year's theme on the darker future that is upon us! In the past, rich jewel colours such as greens, navy, deep reds and purples have been associated with high society and prestige. These glamourous tones have recently been given a new lift of life, creating impactful statement interiors rich in colour.

The Heirlooms team have been working within this treasure trove layering darker jewel tones and berry hues, whilst creating a haven of texture with pure linens, deep velvet, soft sateen's and cool cotton percales. The fabrics are then embellished with subtle embroideries and playful haberdasheries to add those final touches. The addition of ultra-modern and striking gold accessories cumulates in giving this setting a “more is more” maximalist, luxury look.

SAVOIR BEDS at MYS in collaboration HEIRLOOMS

To complement the rich linens Heirlooms are honoured to be collaborating with luxury British bed manufacturer Savoir Beds who are kindly loaning us one of their legendary beds featuring the renowned painting of Water-lillies, Setting Sun by Claude Monet in collaboration with The National Additional information on Heirlooms.

Heirlooms are proud to be the only UK linen manufacturer to hold the Royal warrants to supply linens to the households of both Her Majesty the Queen and His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales.

Attending the garden party was Heirlooms General Manager Ruth Douglas. Ms Douglas commented “I was humbled to have been in the presence of some incredible people who work tirelessly for a wide variety of great causes, not least the Prince’s Trust which offers amazing opportunities for vulnerable young people to gain opportunities in the work place and of course our dedicated armed forces”.

The party was the first official engagement of the new Duke and Duchess of Sussex and a fitting gesture on behalf of the couple.  Being a Sussex company Heirlooms were of course designed with the titled bestowed by Her Majesty the Queen.
